We manage the entire process from first assessment through to certified completion.

We manage the entire process from initial site assessment and soil testing through to tank removal, certified disposal and final documentation, so you never need to coordinate multiple contractors. Every completed project includes a full written decommissioning report and certificate, the documentation required for property sales, development applications and regulatory compliance. We work across residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural sites throughout Perth and regional WA, including the Goldfields, Pilbara, Mid-West, South West and Wheatbelt, and we move quickly when timelines are tight.

Site Assessment & Survey

We attend site to confirm the tank's location, size, type and condition before any work begins. For underground tanks this includes ground-penetrating assessment to confirm depth and position.

Purging & Gas-Free Certification

The tank is purged of all residual fuel and vapours. Atmospheric gas testing is carried out and a gas-free certificate is issued before any excavation or removal work proceeds.

Internal Cleaning

The tank is thoroughly cleaned internally to remove sludge, water and fuel residue in full compliance with AS 4976-2008.

Soil Sampling & Lab Analysis

Soil samples are taken from around the tank and submitted to a registered laboratory to test for hydrocarbon contamination. Results are documented and included in your final report.

Tank Removal & Certified Disposal
