SmartFill Gen3 is a proven system used widely across WA's resource sector, offering PIN or key tag-based driver identification, automatic transaction recording, and remote data access via a cloud-based reporting platform.
The installation involved integrating the SmartFill controller with the site's primary diesel dispenser, configuring the system for the client's vehicle and equipment register, and commissioning driver tags for all relevant personnel and plant. The team also set up the reporting dashboard and walked the site fuel manager through the system's features, including how to run usage reports, manage driver tags, and set up alerts for unusual dispensing activity.
